The Poffices.AI All-in-One Server is a comprehensive, on-premises artificial intelligence solution designed exclusively for enterprises that prioritize data security and operational efficiency. Unlike cloud-based AI services that require sending your sensitive data over the internet, our server processes all information 100% offline within your own environment. This eliminates the risk of external data breaches and ensures full compliance with stringent data privacy regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.
At its core, the server combines proprietary AI Agents and optimized Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate and enhance your business workflows. What are the Built-in Poffices.AI Agents?
The server includes a comprehensive suite of over 100 specialized AI Agents, organized into dedicated offices, each designed to handle specific business functions securely on your local server. How do I choose between the B1, B2, or B3 models?
The choice depends on your team size and performance requirements.
Model B1 supports approximately 4 concurrent users, making it a cost-effective entry-level option for small to medium-sized teams or departments.
Model B2 supports approximately 8 concurrent users, equipped with a more powerful CPU and larger capacity RAM and hard drives for a smoother experience for growing teams.
Model B3 supports approximately 16 concurrent users, featuring top-tier CPU, larger GPU VRAM, and RAM. It is designed for large teams or enterprises handling the most complex tasks, delivering the fastest document generation and processing speeds.
What is the performance speed of the server?
Based on our tests (using approximately 7700 words of input data as a reference):
Preparation Time: Model B3 is the fastest, taking about 21 seconds; Model B1 takes about 27 seconds. This process includes data reading and analysis.
Document Generation Time: Model B3 takes about 1 minute to generate a ~1300-word document; Model B1 takes about 2 minutes to generate a ~1200-word document. Higher-tier models significantly improve processing efficiency, saving your team valuable time.
What are the advantages of the server's hardware configuration?

Setup & Login:
What should I prepare before the Poffices AIO² Server delivery and installation?
Before the delivery and on-site installation of the Poffices AIO² Server, please ensure the following items and information are ready. A router with a free LAN port, a LAN cable, and an available power socket for the Poffices AIO² Server’s power adapter are required for connection and power setup. The AIO Server does not include a keyboard or monitor; these are optional and not necessary for daily use but may be helpful during initial setup or future maintenance.
In addition, please prepare your network information, including the assigned IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, and DNS. If these details are not available, our engineer can assist by checking the router’s settings page on-site, so please make sure the router’s login page is accessible during installation.
Why are “Register” or “Forgot Password” buttons not available?
The Poffices AIO² version does not include online registration or password reset. Please contact your administrator for account setup or password reset.
Are the accounts for the Poffices AIO² Server the same as the Cloud (Poffices.ai website)?
No, the accounts are separate and not shared between the Poffices AIO² server and the cloud version.
Why do I need to install the CA Certificate?
If your Poffices AIO² Server is accessed by IP address instead of a registered domain, the browser may not automatically recognize the connection as secure. Installing the CA Certificate allows the browser to trust the connection and enable HTTPS secure mode.
Functions & Input Settings:
What does the “Reference” option mean when entering a request?
Selecting “Reference” means the system will perform a web search to gather the latest public information as context for your response. If not selected, the system will generate the result based only on internal data.
Update & Maintenance:
How can I check if software updates are available? How do I perform software updates?
You can check the Software Updates page in the Admin Portal for available updates.
If a new version is available, you can click the Download & Update button in the Admin Portal. Please ensure you are connected to the internet, as the entire update process requires network access.
Rollbacks are not supported once an update has been successfully installed.
Can I continue using the system during update?
The update time depends on the content of each update and how many versions your server is behind.
Updates will affect usage, so we recommend notifying colleagues/users in advance and getting team approval before proceeding.
Where can I view update history?
You can view all update records and download logs on the “Software Update” page.
What should I do if a “Software Update” fails or encounters a problem?
Please contact our technical support team and download the update log from the “Software Update” page. Send the log to us for troubleshooting and further assistance.

Maintenance & Support:
Does the server purchase include a complimentary maintenance period?
No, it does not. The annual maintenance service fee is 15% of the original server price and applies starting from the first year after purchase. You need to pay this fee for the first year and subsequent years of maintenance service.
What is specifically included in the annual maintenance service?
The annual maintenance service fee covers the following:
Email Technical Support: Technical support via email during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays).
Server Hardware Technical Support & Inspection.
Maximum 1 On-site Checking: Within the maintenance period, we provide up to one on-site visit for inspection or troubleshooting. Additional on-site visits will be charged separately.
Does the maintenance service include the replacement of damaged parts?
No, it does not. The maintenance service fee only covers technical support and inspection services. Any replacement parts or hardware components required will incur additional costs, and we will provide a separate quotation based on the situation.
What is the response time for technical support?
Email Support: Responding to your inquiries within 1 business day.
On-site Service: Arranging a site visit typically within 3 business days after receiving the request (subject to our scheduling availability).
What is NOT covered under the maintenance service?
The maintenance service does not cover:
Data recovery services.
Software installation or configuration services.
Issues caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure.
Consumables (e.g., cables, fans, batteries) and third-party accessories not supplied by us.
Any service not expressly stated in the agreement.
How is the maintenance fee calculated after three years?
After three years from the original purchase date, the annual maintenance service fee will no longer be calculated at 15% of the original price. A new quotation will be provided based on the circumstances at that time.

Security & Deployment:
How does the server ensure the security of my databases and files during searches?
Security is the primary design principle. The entire process is completed entirely within the server on your internal network.
No Data Egress: Your database credentials, query requests, file contents, and all other data are never transmitted to an external cloud or third-party service. All processing is done locally, physically eliminating the risk of external leakage.
Internal Permission Control: The server supports multi-user permission management, allowing you to control which employees or teams have access to search specific databases or file directories, ensuring data security and compliance.
Is the server deployment complex? Do we need to prepare special IT infrastructure in advance?
As an All-in-One integrated server, we have integrated the required AI software, models, and computing hardware into a single chassis. The main infrastructure you need is:
Standard rack space (or a suitable location to place the equipment).
A network connection to your company’s internal network.
A stable power supply.
Our technical team will guide or assist you with the initial network connection and system setup to get you started quickly.
