We understand the importance of privacy and data security. When you use our Services, including AI-powered content generation and document processing, we ensure that:

• Your input text, files, and generated outputs are not shared with other customers, unless you explicitly use the share function.
• Your data is not available to OpenAI and is not used to improve OpenAI models.
• Your data is not used to train, retrain, or improve Azure OpenAI Service foundation models.
• Your data is not used to improve any Microsoft or third-party products or services without your explicit permission.

6. Intellectual Property and External Content

All content, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, and other intellectual property on the Site are the exclusive property of HKRND Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create or generate using our Services. The Documents and content generated by our Services are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable results, we do not guarantee the legality, accuracy, or fitness of the content for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the generated content before its use.

We disclaim all liability for any consequences arising from your reliance on or use of the generated content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We and our affiliates make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
