Maintenance Service Terms for Poffices All-in-One AI Server

1. Maintenance Service Fee

The annual maintenance service fee is 15% of the original server cost. This fee applies starting from the first year after purchase. No complimentary maintenance period is included.

After three (3) years from the original purchase date, the maintenance fee will be subject to a new quotation.

2. Scope of Service

The maintenance service covers technical support and inspection of the purchased server hardware.

3. Service Location

Maintenance service is only available for servers located in Hong Kong.

4. Parts Not Included

The cost of any replacement parts or hardware components is not included. If parts are required, a separate quotation will be provided.

5. Email Technical Support

Customers are entitled to technical support via email during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays).

6. On-site Checking (Maximum 1 Time)

The maintenance service includes up to one (1) on-site visit for inspection or troubleshooting within the maintenance period. Additional on-site visits will be charged separately.

7. Service Response Time

Email inquiries will be responded to within one (1) business day. For on-site service requests, visits will be typically arranged within three (3) business days, subject to scheduling availability.

8. Exclusions

The following are not covered under this maintenance service:

• Data recovery services
• Software installation or configuration
• Issues caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure
• Consumables (e.g. cables, fans, batteries) and third‑party accessories not supplied by us
• Any service not expressly stated herein

9. Maintenance Period

The maintenance period is one (1) year per contract.

10. Contract Period

The maintenance service is valid for the period specified in the signed agreement.

11. Final Contract Prevails

If there are any updates or discrepancies in the terms, the final signed maintenance contract shall prevail.
