The maintenance service covers technical support and inspection of the purchased server hardware.
Maintenance service is only available for servers located in Hong Kong.
The cost of any replacement parts or hardware components is not included. If parts are required, a separate quotation will be provided.
Customers are entitled to technical support via email during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays).
The maintenance service includes up to one (1) on-site visit for inspection or troubleshooting within the maintenance period. Additional on-site visits will be charged separately.
Email inquiries will be responded to within one (1) business day. For on-site service requests, visits will be arranged within three (3) business days, subject to scheduling availability.
The following are not covered under this maintenance service:
The maintenance period is one (1) year per contract.
The annual maintenance fee is 15% of the server cost.
After five (5) years from the original purchase date, the maintenance fee will be subject to a new quotation.
The maintenance service is valid for the period specified in the signed agreement.
If there are any updates or discrepancies in the terms, the final signed maintenance contract shall prevail.
